The small boutique hotel is located within the heart of the city of Gangtok. The location drastically cuts down the daily cost of hiring taxis for the Guests, whether on business or leisure purpose. 
 
The hotel is located at a walking distance (approximately 10 minutes) to MG Marg, an open courtyard of shopping mall, where vehicles are not allowed. Other famous landmarks at walking distance include: Lal Bazaar (10 minutes), Chorten Monastery (10 minutes), Gangtok Ropeway (8 minutes). 
 
 
The hotel has a total of 13 rooms, one service apartment, one multi-cuisine restaurant and a reception.  
 
There is potential of converting the hotel into a 15-room business, with a minimum investment, viz converting existing reception into a guest room and integrating the reception at the dining hall. 
 
All rooms are equipped with a 25-litre water heater along with shower (Jaquar) and two government water supply connections.
