Noblestride Resort Policies

Dear Guest you are requested to kindly go through the policies listed below. The same has been created and shaped based on the Resort's principle and culture, and most importantly keeping you in mind.

We are taking in very few guests!

We are currently taking in very few guests. As we want to give the best to our guests, all services will be personal viz. one on one basis. Please feel at home. Happy Travels! 

Reservation Policy

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
The resort check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12 Noon. The resort shall assist in allowing early check-in and late check-out subject to availability at the time of the request. The same shall be on a chargeable basis as mentioned below.
Early check-in is subject to availability.
Late check-out up to 18:00 hrs shall be charged 50% of the room charge.
Late check-out after 18:00 hrs shall be charged 100% of the room charge.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in at Noblestride Resort.

Valid identification proof(Passport/Aadhar Card/Voter ID Card/Driving Licence) is mandatory during check-in.
 

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their booking 29days prior to their arrival, free of cost. Any cancellation received after shall attract the total price of the reservation. - However, non-refundable policy will be valid for bookings made under such policy.
In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation shall be charged.
The resort has the right to refuse the cancellations request or deny refunds for non-refundable bookings.

General Policy

1. You are liable for any damage caused to the resort property or resort room or by any other guest staying with you.
2. All vehicles parked in the resort parking lot shall be at the owner's risk. The resort shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle.
3 . All our rooms are No smoking rooms. Guests who desire to smoke are free to do so in our balconies or lawn spaces. Smoking in public areas like Restaurant, lobby is strictly prohibited.
4. The Resort assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. Guests are requested to keep safe their valuables by use of Safe Deposit Lockers placed in all rooms.
5. Guests are requested to meet or entertain visitors in the lobby or at the restaurant only. The Resort reserves the right to take on record a valid photo identification proof ( of the visitor) for security reasons.
